I was doing some work on my EAHR 211 class and one of the readings took me to a YouTube page where there were search results for Adult Education. I watched this one that is a clip from the Golden Girls because I thought it would be funny and I can remember watching the show when I was just a little tyke.
The video not only relates to adult education but also to another class I am taking…EFDN 308 – Women in Education. Fortunately, as a woman and as an adult education student, I have not experienced anything like what Blanche experiences in this clip. Hopefully this is not indicative of other people’s experience, and I don’t believe that it is. Still thought that you might enjoy the clip, have some laughs and maybe think about the experience that women have as they continue on in their education at any level.
